The wind turbine controller will be updated soon. Normally used for the fixed pitch wind turbine.

The wind turbine generator will use 4 wires.

Controller feedbacks extra power to generator and limit its rotation speed. That is to say, once the wind turbine reach to rated output power, the controller will feedback extra power to generator. Which will limit wind turbine rotation speed raise again.

The cost is lower. But the result is good.  The fixed pitch wind turbine protection result is good in rich wind place.

Simple! effective! Low cost!
